Terms of Service

Own a Minute (“the Service”) lets you purchase the recurring right to display an advertisement on the homepage during a specific minute of the UTC clock, every day, until another user pays a higher price to take it over. This is a digital sponsorship and entertainment product. It is not an investment, security, or financial instrument, and we make no representation that a minute will hold or increase in value.

Ownership

“Ownership” of a minute means the exclusive right to have your advertisement displayed during that minute, and nothing more. It does not transfer any intellectual property, equity, or other rights. Ownership can be taken over by any other user willing to pay at least the minimum takeover price at any time.

Advertisement content policy

By submitting an advertisement, you agree that it will not contain, link to, or promote:

• Illegal goods, services, or activity
• Malware, phishing, or deceptive/misleading claims
• Explicit sexual content or content that exploits minors
• Hate speech, harassment, or content promoting violence
• Scams, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent financial offers

We reserve the right to disable any advertisement that violates this policy, at our discretion, without refund.

Payments

Prices are calculated server-side at the moment of purchase and displayed in EUR before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. If two buyers attempt to take over the same minute at nearly the same time, only one purchase can succeed; the other will be automatically refunded.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
